Terms of service
Last updated October 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of CrowdPipe, the live audience funnel service operated by CK Global AI ("CrowdPipe", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are using CrowdPipe on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
1. The service
CrowdPipe lets you run live polls, a diagnostic scorecard, an email capture step, and a personalized results page with your audience during a talk, webinar, or workshop, and then manage the leads that result. We host the service, you configure it and present with it. We may improve or change features over time; we will not remove core functionality you rely on for a scheduled event without reasonable notice.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account represents one workspace. You may not share credentials or resell access.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
3. Subscription, billing, and cancellation
- CrowdPipe is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. The price is shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
- Founding plans are billed at the founding price for the first 12 months and then continue automatically at the Solo monthly price shown on the pricing page. We email you before the change, and you can cancel any time before it takes effect.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; there are no refunds for partial periods.
- If a payment fails we may suspend access until it is resolved. Your data stays intact during a suspension of up to 60 days.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period after the notice.
4. Your content and your audience's data
You own the content you put into CrowdPipe (questions, copy, branding, uploaded files) and the data your audience submits through your funnels (names, emails, answers, scores). We call this customer data.
- You are the controller of customer data and we process it only to provide the service, as described in our data processing agreement and privacy policy.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your audience's information and for the emails you send them through CrowdPipe. Result and resource emails go only to people who entered their address in your funnel.
- You grant us a limited license to host, copy, and display your content solely to operate the service for you.
- You can export your leads at any time. When you close your workspace we delete customer data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CrowdPipe to:
- send unsolicited bulk email or collect personal data without a lawful basis;
- upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious;
- probe, overload, or interfere with the service or other customers' workspaces;
- misrepresent who you are or who is presenting.
Plans include unlimited talks, events, attendees, and leads under fair use: usage consistent with presenting your own talks and following up with your own audiences. If usage looks like bulk email, reselling the service, or automated traffic, we may contact you, limit sending, or suspend the workspace, and where practical we will warn you first.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules. Where practical we will warn you first.
6. AI features
CrowdPipe includes features that draft funnels, copy, and brand palettes with the help of large language models, and a copilot that can make changes to your workspace when you approve them. Drafts are suggestions: review them before you use them with an audience. Content you submit to these features (for example an uploaded slide deck or brand guidelines) is sent to our AI provider to generate the result and is not used to train models. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for what you present. Each plan includes the monthly AI allowances shown on the pricing page. When an allowance is used up, AI drafting pauses until it resets; your live funnels, audiences, leads, and emails are not affected.
7. Live events and availability
We work hard to keep CrowdPipe available during your events and we monitor the service continuously. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Use the rehearsal mode and the go-live check before you present, and keep a fallback in mind for any live technology.
8. Intellectual property
CrowdPipe, its design, and its software are owned by CK Global AI. These terms do not transfer any of that to you. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost leads.
10. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. Sections 4, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
11. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
- If any part of these terms is unenforceable the rest remains in effect.
- We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
